What's Been Happening

Just completed first Boot Camp Training Session for 3 hours followed by a lovely lunch.

A huge 'Thank You' and WELL DONE to all who attended - you did yourselves proud.  Your levels of fitness, commitment and determination to succeed are absolutely amazing!

Our next Boot Camp Training is a 4 hour session scheduled for SATURDAY 26TH MAY in Forres (check out relevanr page), followed by lunch which is included in the price.
